**30-Day Returns.** If it’s not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a prepaid return label (new/like-new condition with all parts).
**1-Year Limited Warranty.** Manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months from delivery.
What’s covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship (motor, charging, electronics)
- Missing/incorrect items on arrival
What’s not covered
- Normal wear, cosmetic scuffs, misuse/impact/water damage, unauthorized repairs
- Consumables (packaging) and accidental damage
How to start a return or warranty claim
1. Email **team@campuscollective.co** with your order # and issue.
2. We’ll approve and send next steps within one business day.
3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item (3–5 business days typical).
Exchanges
Want a replacement instead of a refund? We can exchange after receiving the original item.
Shipping issues
If a package shows delivered but you can’t find it, contact the carrier first and loop us in. We’ll help however we can.
